I love how unique this product is found the period comfort one while I was shopping at sprouts 🌱 I have bad cramps and after drinking the pre menstrual the day before and the menstrual one the day of I gotta say I have noticed that my cramps have calmed down ! I deff gotta get more now the flavor isn’t much taste flavorless like a kiwi 🥝 to me but it wasn’t bad I deff recommend to any women who struggles with bad cramps and wants to try new things to help with menstrual cramps and pre menstrual 💕
