The flavors of the drinks are so warm and comforting. I’m not sure if it physically helps with symptoms, I will have to give it a few more months to see if there’s a difference. I’m sure there will be tho, the ingredient list is full of helpful ingredients. 5 stars for sure!

I love this product - I start drinking the week leading up to my cycle and I notice that it helps a lot with my pre menstrual symptoms and also helps with my cramps during. I will continue to purchase and notice a difference when I don’t drink them.
